Payment Methods We accept Visa and MasterCard as well as
personal checks and money orders. Checks are deposited the day we receive them
and are shipped in 5-10 business days depending on when they clear the bank.
Money Orders (must be US Money order) are shipped the day they are received. If

Shipping Methods We have researched many shipping methods and have
chosen the absolute best for our customers get your order to you ASAP and
to keep costs to a minimum! We also try to give you as much choice as
possible.
Available USA Shipping Methods:
"We researve the right to change shipping carriers to provide
you the best service. We have found that there are times when another shipping
method will result in your package being delivered in a more timely fashion or
the cost to ship by the carrier chosen is much more than
quoted on the site as can happen due to address verification issues with our
carriers. It is for these reasons that we reserve the right to change the
shipping method chosen". Many times you will see a reduction in
shipping costs, but never an increase.
USPS
Surface Mail is the least expensive way to ship through USPS
and is often chosen for economical reasons. If your on the west cost and
your order is light this is almost always the least expensive method. This
method is not guaranteed and delivery times can vary.
Priority Mail is 2-3 Days: This service is not
guaranteed, but we have found it be extremely reliable 99.9% of the time. They
also deliver on Saturdays! Delivery Confirmation is available on these
packages. USPS also delivers to APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes and many
places that other carriers can not reach.
UPS Ground: This service is very reliable, has full tracking
information, and is cheaper when the items are very heavy. Depending on your
location, this service will take 1-5 business days, not including weekends and
holidays. All orders are shipped UPS Ground Service and calculated based on
the total weight of the package and your zone in relation to our shipping
warehouse (central California) unless you choose otherwise.
We also offer 2 day and Next Day overnight if you so choose. 2 Day and 1
Day service must be received by 1:00 P.M. PST in order to ship the same day
considering that the times is in stock.
NOTE: If you create your account with an incorrect
address and we are charged due to that mistake or you call and change
the address with the carrier to a more desirable location and we are charged for
that correction we will charge your account the amount of those fees plus 5%
to cover credit card fees and accounting.
International Orders WE NO LONGER SHIP INTERNATION ORDERS, BUT CAN

Damages Merchandise damaged during shipping must be reported to
Supplement Direct within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact UPS for a visual
inspection of the merchandise and box. Once communication with UPS has
determined that the packege has been damaged we will re-ship you the products
that are damaged. We understand the inconvenience this can cause and we truely
do wish they did not ocurr, but they do and we have to dela with them on a case
by case basis due fraudulent activities. We in no way want to inconvenience
you, but please understand it is for everyones benefit that we do diligence on damaged
shipments.
Returns We do not accept returns for opened products for any
reason other than the product being defective. If for some reason you
feel a product is defective (taste and consistency do not fall into the
defective category) please contact the manufacturer directly.We do not accept
returns or guarantee items sold as expired or blow-outs. REPEAT!!
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR OPENED PRODUCT. PLEASE DON'T CALL AND INSIST ON
EXCEPTIONS CALL THE MANUFACTURER DIRECTLY. THIS IS THE POLICY NO

or call 805-546-1089 during normal business hours 9 am - 5 pm PST with an
explanation of the defect. We will promtly take care of any problems
associated with defective product. Regular returns require a return
authorization prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be
returned within 7 days of receipt at your expense in sellable condition in order
to receive credit. A 25% restocking fee will be charged
to all returns minus initial shipping charges. If items are received in
poor or non-salable condition you will receive no credit. Items returned without
a authorization will not be credited!
Back Orders We regularly stock most items we have listed
on our website, every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product
we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products due to manufacturer
out of stocks, discontinuation of product or other reasons for which we have no
control . If this happens, we will notify you of the situation and
estimated time of availability and give you the choice of canceling the out of
stock item, choosing a replacement item, holding the shipment of the entire
order until all is in stock and can be shipped or a partial shipment in which
you receive the in stock items first and the out of stock items when they are
available. Unfortunately we will have to charge an additionally fee if you
choose to have partial shipments. It is usually best to wait the day or two for
the product to come back in stock. If we do not receive a
response from you within 24 hours of our contacting you regarding any
out of stock situations we will process your order with the items we do have and cancel
the items that were out of stock at the time and complete your order.
