Wool Flannel is used in the preparation and use of castor oil packs. Usage: Fold the wool flannel in two to four thicknesses to a size large enough to cover the body area involved. For abdominal application, the folded cloth should measure about 10 inches.

Fold the Wool Flannel in two to four thicknesses to a size large enough to cover the body area involved.  for abdominal appliation, the folded cloth should measure about 10 inches in width and 12 inches in length.  Pour Castor Oil into the flannel.  Cloth should be saturated but not dripping.  Apply saturated cloth to the body area planned for treatment.
