Directions
During the first week only take two servings daily (morning & evening). After the first week, increase servings to: 3–6 daily. Combine any protein drink or food that you like. MYOFIBER works well with, oatmeal, cream of rice, yogurt, juice or plain water. Always mix 8–12 oz of fluid with protein shake or drink 8–12 oz if you are mixing it with food.
