Directions

As a dietary supplement, take 1-3 liquid caps in the AM, and 1-3 liquid caps 8 hours later. Take with meals. Cycling Recommendation: Use in 4 to 6 week cycles. Do not use this product longer than 6 weeks without taking 6 weeks off between each cycle. This product can be stacked with other Forerunner Labs “Alpha” products.
