Directions For Species Nutrition Carbolyze:
Pre-Workout:
Mix 1-2 scoops of CARBOLYZETM with 8-16 ounces (depending on desired consistency) of cold water for optimal endurance and performance

Post-Workout:
Mix 1-2 scoops of CARBOLYZETM with 8-16 ounces (depending on desired consistency) of cold water or to ensure quick, efficient, glycogen replacement and muscle recovery.

Muscle Building:
